Here’s a little tip for those of you who are stressed more than you want to be.. (which is probably all of you- cause stress is a part of everyone’s life!)
When you feel overwhelmed with worry,
Write down those worries.
And most importantly, write down what you can do to make those worries not so worry worthy.
For example: Let’s say you’re worried about having too much paperwork to finish for whatever reason,
You write down that worry, AND a solution. Like break down the paper work into sections and plan a specific time you can work on those sections to finish the paperwork and eliminate that stressor.
The more stressors you eliminate, the less worry! Yay!
